The movements of celestial bodies reflect on the Earth. The conjunction of the Sun and the Moon manifests themselves on the coasts of the world. The sea is eclipsed together with the stars, generating high and low tides.

On the flat shores of the Netherlands, a sand dome is formed from the material excavated to create a water mirror.
The round reflection is eclipsed by the sand dome. The installation is aligned with the peak of the astronomical phenomenon, as the sea level begins to rise until the work dissolves with the highest tide of the season./
